Zachary’s brand-new work for voices based on the texts of Shakespeare will be premiered by musicians of the Staunton Music Festival during their concert entitled “Shakespearean Fantasies.” The concert’s program will include:

Purcell | from The Fairy Queen, soloists, chorus, and orchestra
Saariaho | from The Tempest Songbook, for soprano, baritone, and chamber ensemble
Wadsworth | New Work based on Shakespeare's sonnets, for vocal ensemble (world premiere)
Tchaikovsky | Romeo and Juliet Fantasy-Overture, for orchestra
