Oboist Erik Behr and pianist Chiao-Wen Cheng will premiere Zachary’s new Oboe Sonata during Chamber Music Rochester’s June concert at Nazareth University. Generously commissioned by Alan Curle and Andrew London, the piece will begin the concert and then be followed by Mozart’s Horn Quintet and Beethoven’s String Quintet, Op. 29.
